Matthias Bade

Matthias Bade, born and raised in northern Germany, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna under Arik Brauer. Since 1997, he has presented his work in group and solo exhibitions. But he is not only successful as an artist; Matthias Bade also works as an illustrator and designer under the name Mats Bergen. He lives and works in Berlin and Vienna.
